Sleigh Riding & Roast Lamb

Plotting tomorrow's passage

Sunrise over Sept Isles

Arrived yesterday afternoon in St Peter Port, Guernsey after a real sleigh ride of a sail from Trebeurden.   We were just flying downwind with an impressive following sea.   Not the most pleasant of motions but a really fast passage.    We had spent the previous night anchored off Trebeurden with Rich sleeping in the cockpit, which had nothing to do with a tropical heatwave, but everything to do with a dodgy anchorage.  Last night we were treated to delicous roast lamb and all the trimmings by Sukey (Rich's sister) and Mike Perry.  Our first roast dinner for 2 months - it was DIVINE!
